While vacationing in London, we heard you do a “pub roast” on Sundays. So that’s just what we did!
We weren’t sure when we were supposed to be eating this.. we ate this as our brunch, but we think people actually did this for dinner instead. Haha. Oh well. We still ate everything! =)
I had the Honey Roast Pork Belly, which was served with “real gravy, roast potatoes, yorkshires, savoy cabbage, swede mash, green beans, and stuffing.”
